"Our mission is to provide customers with the finest hardwood floors and the best customer service in the industry."
Wood is a natural product and will exhibit natural variations. This is what gives hardwood flooring the character that we adore. From piece to piece and box to box there are natural variations in color, grain and other natural wood characteristics. Each grade will have natural variations within the grade. It is important to realize that photos and samples are only tools to be used to choose a general appearance for your floor. No photo or sample can show you all of the possibilities of a hardwood floor.
*Wood sold in the Colonial Grade is not covered by any warranty implict or implied.
